Profinvent Allocator | PWC15 | Helps you to manage timeslot based 'Function / Event Room Bookings' both 'On-Line' &/or 'Front of House' !

Allocator 'Admin' 'Control Panel' :

'Allocator' is simple to setup & use. For example, Let's say you operate a conference venue and you want to provide your customers with the facility to book their own event/s On-line in advance and provide you with event booking details. Through 'Allocator©' your Clients can do this On-Line via PC, Tablet or Smartphone, or you can manually make bookings for them though 'Allocators©' 'Admin' Backend 'Control Panel'.

The “Allocator©” application will make sure there are no overlaps between the bookings and also ensure Clients can only book within specific time frames. You can accept online payments via PayPal, bank transfer or ask people to pay in cash at your desk. You can specify the minimum and maximum timeslot sizes, so for example, nobody can book for more than 5 hours a day.

The Allocator supports 3 booking time formats - minutes, hours and days. That means one timeslot can be represented by a day, hours or minutes. Each venue / asset can have specific variables, eg: "Opening hours" and nobody can book outside those hours.

VIKbookings | PWC03 | VIKbookings© helps you to manage 'On & Off-line' 'Accommodation Room Bookings'.

VIKbookings 'Admin' 'Control Panel' : 

'VIKbookings' is the 'State of the Art' Application for taking on-line & in-house room reservations. VIKbookings is organized around two concepts, "Rooms" & "Categories", where each "Room" is allocated to one specific "Category'.

Each "Room" can be specified in terms of its capacity (The ninimum & maximun number of Adults & Children) & the "Room Options" available for that 'Room" (Eg: Room Options could include : "Rollout bed", "Chanpagne breakfast", "Video projector" etc).

"Room" pricing can be specified in multiple rates based on the number of nights occupied (Eg: 1 night rate = $250 p/n, 1-2 night rate = $225 p/n, 1-3 night rate = $215 p/n etc). "Room" pricing can also be modified by the specification of "Special Prices" which can be applied by "Season" &/or "Day of The Week". "Special Prices" can be also be applied at different rates dependant upon the number of nights booked.

"Room" pricing can be further specified in terms of discounts applicable when that "Room" is occupied by fewer persons than that "Rooms" intended maximum occupancy (Eg: A "Double Room" might normaly be charge at a rate suitable for two persons, but if that "Room" is in fact booked by one Adult you may wish to provide a discount).

On-line payments for "Room Bookings' can be 100% of the reservation / booking price or can be a percentage (= deposit).

TableBookings | PWC06 | Helps you to manage your Restaurants 'Table Bookings' - 'On-Line' &/or 'Front of House' !

TableBookings 'Admin' 'Control Panel' : 

Setting up 'Table Bookings' is straigh forward. You decide on the 'Reservation System' you will use : Will you take "Reservations based upon free tables" or "Reservations based upon free places", next you decide if you are going to charge a booking fee via PayPal for On-Line Table bookings or will those bookings be 'Free' ?

Once you have decided upon the 'Reservation System' you will use you will need you specify all your 'Tables' in terms of  'Minimum Capacity', 'Full Capacity' & physical shape. You then need to decide which staff booking 'User Interface" your system will use : Choose 'Whole Day At A Glance' chart or 'Plan View Of Table Layout'.

jTicketCenterPWC35 | Helps you to manage 'Paid Event Ticket Bookings' & Sales, 'On-Line' &/or 'Front of House' !

jTicketCenter 'Admin' 'Control Panel' : 

Using & setting up 'jTicketCenter' is easy :  jTicketCenter is organized around three concepts : 'Venues', 'Event Categories' & 'Events'.

  1. 'Venues' can be grouped by Country, State & City. Your Supa-Site© is pre-configured on the basis that the main 'Venue' refered to is your own business. As such your Supa-Site's© jTicketCenter application is set-up to offer one single "Venue", namely your "Venue" (But you can create as many "Venue" profiles as you like).
  2. 'Event Categories' are tools for grouping "Events" togerther by type. You can create 'Menu Items' types for jTicketCenter that allow "One Click" display of all "Events" in a specific "Event Category"
  3. 'Events' : Each "Event" must be assigned to a specific "Category" & "Venue" & has its own date, start & stop times and its own price.

Payment : If 'PayPal' selected : User is diverted to PayPal© to make payment & returned to your Supa-Site© after payment is made. Your Supa-Site© displays a 'Thank you' message & automatically sends an 'Eticket' to your User / Customer and sets that orders 'Status' to 'Sent' (Meaning tickets paid for & sent by Email). 

If 'Cash : Pay At Door' selected : Your Supa-Site© displays a 'Thank you' message & automatically Emails a copy of the Customers order to them will instructions to printout that order & bring with them to the event. The 'Status' of a Cash booking is 'Pending' (Meaning not paid for) & the number of tickets ordered is not deducted from the 'Free places' available figured displayed on the booking screen.
